“I have made use of the Red Hot Cleaning service for five years now. The house cleaning service is very efficient and they have never let me down. A staff member always arrives on the days which I have booked timeously. Generally, I have the same lady as it helps to have someone who knows the house and what is expected of them. However, if the usual lady is unavailable then another lady will be sent in her place. The positive is that you dont lose out due to an individual being sick or experiencing a family crisis. The ladies work for eight hours with a lunch break and are then collected by the cleaning service. The rates are affordable. The staff do a good job and always have a pleasant attitude. The company is also available to clean offices, spring clean houses etc following moving in or moving out, clean curtains, furniture and carpets. I have experienced all these services. The up side to using a cleaning service on a regular basis is that I only pay for the days on which I receive maid service. I dont have to deal with leave, public holidays, UIF, etc. Watzi , the company owner runs a tight ship and she is hands on and always in control. Keep on doing a great job.”
