“I took 3 pairs of trousers in on Thursday, 12 June 2025, for shortening. I was told by the lady behind the counter that it would be done by Friday and that I would be contacted when they were ready for collection. By Saturday I had received no communication and then when I phoned I was told it would be ready by Monday. On Monday I called to check, and I’m told that it would only be ready on Tuesday.
This is really poor service and totally unacceptable. If I was told it was only going to be ready by Tuesday from the start I could have chosen to take my business somewhere else that could get get it done faster.
Really disappointed in my first experience with your business.
UPDATE: I would like to say thank you to Renier Swart for responding to my review and trying to resolve the experience that I had. I still have to be contacted about when to collect my altered pants and get the voucher but I have already received the refund. I will update my review once everything has been resolved and I can give a fair review of the business’ services.”
