“First time user of Sneaker Shack – great experience from drop off o collection. This was for a pair of Hoff Sneakers that had a combination of suede, canvas and nylon – so a lot of detailing.
Slick integration of technology with the check in and email/ sms notifications. Shoes were returned looking pretty new, though I thought the areas that had been dirtied would have been cleaned up a tad more…potentially the stain is immovable. I’ll definitely bring my other pair of Hoff Sneakers for a cleaning.”
