“You don’t always get a success story… but this weekend reminded us that sometimes things truly do work out.
On Saturday, a watch went missing. We tracked the watch through Apple and realised the watch was no longer anywhere near us. The watch traveled from Centurion all the way to Germiston.
What started as a stressful moment quickly became a coordinated effort.
We contacted the Super Cops team, and from the very first call they were nothing short of incredible. They guided us, supported us, and took the situation seriously — treating it with the urgency and professionalism you can only hope for in moments like these.
For hours, we tracked the watch together, following every signal update, every location, and every possible lead. Their team stayed with us through the entire process, offering reassurance and taking action where needed.
And finally… success.
The watch was recovered safely.

Alarm in front yard went off at 2h43. Received a call and asked them to send someone to check.
At 3h11 (half an hour later) no one has arrived. Called the control room and were told they were already here. Said it is untrue as we have been waiting in the lounge for them to come in and clear the yard, for 30 minutes now. Was told They drove by and decided everything was fine as we have dogs. Firstly, the dogs are in the back yard. Secondly, after specifically asking to come check and clear , they never checked on our well-being. If we were being held hostage or forbid, killed, they would not have known. Thirdly, security guard arrived at 3h17 after my call. He was never here and in fact did not even drive by, never mind checked. He claims control sent him to number 51. Called the control room again – the person I spoke to at 3h11, when confronted about lying about them being here, never mind the high risk of the entire situation, says it was, and I quote, a miscommunication.
On 26/12/2024 our alarm went off at night. Asked them to come check. It went off again a few hours later, at 22h29. At 22h38 no one had arrived and we hadn’t even received a call, yet, so I called them asking where they are and why no one has called. This is therefore the 2nd time in a few weeks their service failed to deliver.”
